INGREDIENTS
Lime wedge
⅓ bottle Vodka
Lime juice
Mint
Saxbys Stone Ginger Beer (or Diet Ginger Beer)
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Pour ⅓ bottle of Vodka into jug
Step 2
Add handful of torn Mint leaves
Step 3
Top with Saxbys Stone Ginger Beer (or Diet Ginger Beer)
Step 4
Add lime juice to taste
Step 5
Add ice cubes, stir and serve
